Virtual proofs will usually be emailed within 1 - 2 business days AFTER the order is placed. We will also call or leave a voicemail to let customers know it has been emailed and awaits approval.
Production times listed on individual product pages start only AFTER the proof has been approved.
The first proof plus one revision are free, but there will be a $30 charge for each subsequent revision. Any changes/revisions will have to be made in writing.
There will be no cancellation charge if an order is cancelled before the 2nd revision.
Because most orders are time sensitive, we will automatically consider the proof approved if we do not hear back from the customer within 1 business day. After this point, no cancellations or any further revisions can be made. To avoid such problems, please make sure you allot sufficient lead time or approve your proof(s) promptly.
Courtesy Proofs (see below) will be emailed in lieu of Virtual Proofs for any orders that do not require standard virtual proofs.
COURTESY PROOFS
We will send out a "Courtesy Proof" for any orders for which proofs have been waived.
"Courtesy Proofs" are basic proofs which show only the final artwork to be printed. We will also list the product color & ink color combinations in writing.
Customers have 1 hour from the moment a Courtesy Proof is emailed to inform us whether anything is wrong with the order. Any changes/revisions will alter your delivery date and will have to be made in writing by replying to the proof email. After 1 hour, no changes or cancellations can be made and the order will be put into production.
Customers will be responsible for any pieces already printed if changes or cancellations are made. Customers will also be responsible for the full cost of the order once it has shipped, if we are not informed of any errors to the artwork or order in time.
