I wanted to create a Christmas momento for my team and shared out design with Promotion Choice. I was confused on how to upload the design and received an email saying my upload didn't meet the requirements. I didn't have time to figure out how to upload it properly so I paid the extra $20 for them to edit my design and create the look I wanted for our ornaments. I love the way they look!

Ordered 100 ornaments and was told production time would be 5 days. So we'd just barely make our event date. But then I got a shipping notification within ONE HOUR!! Surely, that was a mistake, right? Nope. I don't know how they did it in the midst of what I'm sure was a deluge of holiday rush orders, but they did it. We'll definitely be ordering again next year. Thanks for the unimaginably speedy production.

we ordered 100 of these ornaments for our firm and they were delivered within the week! this timing was incredible. The ornaments overall look great but many of them either had a scratch or bubbles in the paint. They will work for our purposes but if you are giving them out as a gift, they could look a little better.

Well-priced, nice gift to give to our church members for Christmas. They arrived in a timely manner and gave everyone some Christmas cheer. There were a couple that were scratched or had a little of the print messed up, but it wasn't many, and they were definitely still worth the purchase. Would recommend!

I purchased these ornaments to give as Wedding favors as guests were exiting my reception. They were absolutely beautiful, exceeded my expectations and my family & friends were all so excited to receive one!!! The ornaments turned out great and just what we needed them to be. The ordering process, validation of design, and approval process were all very easy. The price was definitely right. The only complaint I would have was that after the approval process, I never received any communication letting me know they were shipped or on their way. I called close to the date I was supposed to receive them to make sure we were on track and then received an email with the tracking number which said it was out for delivery that same day. It all worked out, but would have preferred better communication.

The ornament was just what we needed. We ordered it at the last minute, no time for logo, but lucky for us, we have an employee that has a cricut and she put the logo on. Got the ornament on time with the rush order and had the job finalized by our employee and ornament looks perfect. thank you. The only I did not like was that when I had to place the order, I did not have access to a computer because I was at a conference, I would have preferred to have ordered it over the phone and you would not hear of that. the order process was a bit of a pain, not user friendly

The ornaments are lovely in person. My image printed well thanks to all of Jennifer's hard work! I highly recommmend these ornaments! I added a bow and some glitter accents and they're perfect!

Loved the ornament but since our logo would not work, the name of company was printed instead. It was a little too tiny on the ornament once I saw it in person. Otherwise everything was perfect! Love this company

I couldn't be MORE pleased with this product! I ordered 100 to give away to my customers as Christmas gifts. At the price, I really expected something kinda, well, cheap. What a pleasant surprise to get these! The print was perfect. Customer service and support was 110%. I'll definitely be coming back to Promotion Choice for my business needs!

We loved the ornaments! They looked fantastic and arrived in time for the party! We had the children paint one side using their fingerprints and put their name and the date with a paint pen. The company did a great job finding us a "children's" font to add our logo to the other side. The person who handled our order was very fast at answering questions. Overall wonderful experience with this product and company!!
