The pens where very nice, I got exactly what I order. I just thought the print location would have been a little higher but that’s no issue. The print quality was great though and I got them on time!

The print was entirely too small. Next time we order, I'll mention it so we can go with a larger font somehow. Otherwise, everything was great.
