Initially my steins came defective but the Promotional Choice staff worked very hard to correct the order. They rush shipped me my order and it arrived before our event. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Promotional Choice. Knowing that a company will work hard to correct a mistake says a lot about its commitment to their customers.
