This is the first time I have used Promotion Choice.com and it was a fantastic. Although I wished the red balloons would be a deeper red, the qulity of the balloon and especially the printing was spot on. Even when blown up, our company logo stayed true and did not get stretch out or faded. Great job!

The balloons we got are just what we asked for in the end but unfortunately they weren't able to complete what we had requested in the beginning because the blue balloons don't print yellow ink well they said. Other than our vision not completely coming to life they were good about communication and helping us find something we were happy about!

Excellent quality, sleek design. We put our white circle logo on a black balloon and it looked so sleek and clean.

The team is very responsive, clearly explains answers to my questions. The balloons arrived very quickly. We have blown up a couple to see them and the details are AMAZING. We are trying to figure out how they do it!! The couple we did blow up (oxygen) have held very well. We will be doing the rest with helium in a few weeks, but I am confident they will be excellent!

Our church (www.therockchurchcg.org) ordered 500 balloons on July 1st for an event that was occurring on July 13th. We spoke with Lea regarding our order and she was over the top helpful! We placed the order and did not ask for the preview proof due to our time contraint. However, we were given a e-mail with a proof to review that we had a short time to approve before they would print. This was pleasantly surprising AND the proof looked GREAT. Over all, the balloons were nice. The only thing is that some of the ink rubbed off of the other balloons. Also, there was a balloon in the group that I didn't order, so someone was missing a balloon from their order. I will purchase from this website again.

Very fast and on time delivery. Only complaint which probably will always happen and no way for company to test them...is many balloons had holes in them, which is frustrating when we rent helium too and it is wasted. So when ordering plan on less balloons when calculating cost but this will be true for any company most likely. I feel like they should include a bonus of 25 balloons per 500 so this is a non-issue. I would use this company again though with no hesitation.

Turn around time for all of my order was impeccable. Balloons were true to color and the logo was very clear. We will adjust our creative to work with the shape of the balloon; the logo worked great on the 9" balloon but looked off of the 11" since it was rounder at the bottom.

We had ordered custom print balloons, and asked specifically that we receive 50 printed on teal balloons, and 50 printed on purple balloons. Out of 100 balloons, only two were slightly misprinted. The balloons were perfect, I ordered them 5 days out with 2 day delivery but when it started to get close to the party date and they still hadn't shipped the company overnighted them at no extra charge to me! I ordered custom balloons at the last minute and they came out great. I did have to pay a lot for the overnight shipping, but that was my own fault. Had I had the order in sooner, I wouldn't have been subject to such a steep shipping charge. Other than a few balloons have holes already which meant they couldn't be used, everything was great! The balloons were beautiful, exceeding my expectations. We didn't give them much time, ordering on a Monday and they were delivered on Friday as promised without a ridiculously high shipping rate. Our logo was on them perfectly with our website centered below it. Our event was Saturday and everywhere we looked, kids had our balloons.
