Lea was very professional as my sales rep. She made sure I understood what I was ordering and the format in which it was to be printed on. Unfortunately, the package was left on the steps of the church by Fed-ex so it was never received.

This is our second order from Promotionchoice, we were pleased with both. These kazoos are not thin or cheap feeling. They feel and perform like a product that costs much more. Our first order was beach balls, those were good quality also. I don't search anymore for personalized items, I have this iste bookmarked!
