I was unsure about ordering, I didn't know some things. I loved the live chat so my concerns were addressed! When my artwork didn't work they emailed me quickly and got my image fixed and ready! I was glad to pay the $20 vector fee and you get the image! It was delivered in time to my event! I love the product and you can not beat the price on these at all. I spent hours looking! This is the most affordable avenue .

I am sorry to be so late in sending my greatest thanks for the fans. Everyone at the reunion was so impressed by the quality (and my thoughtfulness). Great job on the mylar balloons. I did a two color print and despite you cautioning me about shifting of the colors, the print turned out absolutely wonderful, and all those print registration concerns were no concerns at all! The kids absolutely loved these foil balloons.

Just like to take the opportunity in sharing the delight you product gave my daughter... Just a note: Not a big deal but would like for you to know the rear of the fan "printed lettering" on the back of the fan is not square or has a slight slant to message and the "fonts size" could of been 2 to 4 more in size. Ordered for my daughter's college graduation party using the clip art graphics available during the order process. Super easy to order, quick turn around from order to proof, production & doorstep delivery. The graduate and the guests were surprised and impressed as much as I was. Absolutely dishwasher safe too! The party was last weekend and the few cups I was able the hide and keep for myself have been through the dishwasher a few times already.
