These balls turned out great and have proven very popular. The only problem we had is that the balls shipped inflated so they took up more storage space than we expected. We plan to order more in the future.

These screwdrivers are exactly what I was looking for! I had a handful of pocket screwdrivers that I got from a tradeshow and I used them all the time, until I lost or broke all of them! These are the only ones I could find that were just the simple, plain barrel design with the built-in clip and no tool-tip.

I was really impressed with the turnaround time and the customer service. I ordered custom cups with our logo for an event and I received an email a couple of days later from a "real live" rep who I could actually email back and forth with. The cups turned out great. The reason I took one star off is the pricing. They did not have a dark grey which is the color we needed for the logo so they charged a set up fee to use a pms color to match (I would think a dark grey would be one of their standard colors - they had a light grey but not dark and we didn't need it to be an exact pms color match but to at least look somewhat like it with a general dark grey). After I received the order I wanted to order additional cups and they were going to charge me again for the set up for the same color. It wasn't a lot but when you have to pay it twice, it adds up. Their customer experience was great so maybe that is the cost of having employees that do their jobs well. And after what I've experienced at some of these promotional products businesses, the extra $$ for a great experience seems worth it.

I have just completed a very complicated order and could not have done it with the help of Greg. He walked me through the whole process, by downloading a font which I was unable to do and telling me exactly what to do with the order. I can't tell you when I have communicated, on line, with such a knowledgeable and polite person.. Give him a raise.

We did a 4 color print with Promotion Choice, and we were a little worried, because our last printer botched the job and still had the gore to send us the paper cups with the horrid printing! But we were truly plesantly surprised this time when our cups arrived with our logo printed beautifully. We are really thilled with the quality of your print job. Screen printing was exactly as expected, balls were slightly smaller than I thought but they worked out just fine. The one complaint is that many had small holes in them so they deflated right away
