Great product for the price! Shipping was VERY fast and I received my order less than 2 weeks after placing it. I requested my own artwork and the team was very quick to respond to my requests and even offered an alternative design with my initial design would not fit the space. Only reason for the 4.5 instead of a firm 5 star review is based on the picture. I assumed I'd be receiving all 3 colors of necklace (gold, green, and purple) but instead only received gold. Looking back I don't see how I could have requested all 3 necklace varieties, but it'll work!

Service was fast and friendly and very helpful, and the balloons arrived when promised. We did have some issues with printing quality - there were a noticeable number of balloons that had imperfections in the printing. But for the price and speed we were still pleased.

Thanks for sending out our foil mylar balloons on time even though we needed it in such a crunch! The printing/personalization was excellent - very happy with that, but I would have liked it just a tad bit larger, otherwise I would have give you guys 5 stars for sure. But I am really pleased overall. These mylar balloons were a total hit with the kids at our event and brought alot of attention to our booth. Thank you again, and I am definitely coming back!
