This is a repeat order from last year for the same event. Our real estate team sponsor an annual Fourth of July subdivision kids parade. Hi, I just wanted to write and thank you for your terrific customer service! Your New York office blew me away when they called to double check the spelling on a button design we'd sent for a rush shipping job. We were holding a New Year's Eve event called "Middnight on Main", and we spelled midnight with two "D's" because we're in MIddletown, CT. Your office called me on my cell on Friday evening just to be SURE that we wanted the word spelled that way - and they didn't want to wait until Monday because they had a deadline to keep with me! I really appreciate that attention to detail - and the buttons came out perfectly, on-time and affordable. Thank you!

Ordered 500 of these cups customized for my Yacht name and Dock club. A few were cracked on delivery which discouraged me at first but after a year i finally ran out and these are the best dang cups around. Ordering another 500 now!

Great service & had them when promised! The only thing I wish they would do is be more helpful when designing. I ordered lighter colored footballs this time, but the ink color did not get changed. The print does not show up well on them. I would have liked it if the person I was working with had made a suggestion to change the ink color. It's hard to tell the colors online.
